My mission in life is to share what I've been through from losing my confidence (body shaming) to getting in shape, healthier and a much happier person. For years, I kept trying to fix my “problems”, I’ve been on a roller coaster of nutritional and training highs and lows. I've tried any diet you can possibly imagine.
But, eventually I had overcome piles of misinformation, sidestepped dodgy diet fads, and found out what works for ME and MY body.
